This is the 2nd time they have done repairs for me. They are quick and the work is superb.
Had Torres Auto Body do the repair work to my 2011 Nissan truck and they did a GREAT job! I would definitely go back . One has to remember that repairs don't happen overnight. My truck was with them for about 2 weeks. The results were great. Patsy is your contact there and she does her best to get back to you in a timely fashion. She is BUSY!

Even though I didn't want to do the side view mirror, I still wanted to give them some business so I asked if they would help install my hitch. Again, she gave me so much bullshit about how complicated it would be and etc. etc.
Everyone do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO TORRES AUTO BODY.
It took me about a week to obtain a new car, but Torres Auto Body kept my damaged car in their garage, along with all my camping equipment, at no charge until I could return and move my belongings to the new vehicle.
Following a serious accident (skidded off the road during a snow storm) I found my way to Torres Auto Body. I was immediately impressed with the office surroundings-clean and well organized. Patsy Torres spent about an hour looking over my car, then working from her computer to produce a repair cost estimate, then emailed the estimate and photos of the car to my insurance company. Within about 40 hours, I had settled with my insurance company, with the agent there commenting on how precise Patsy's analysis was. I was impressed that State Farm's independent valuation of the car almost exactly matched Patsy's evaluation!
Was difficult to find them because their sign was hard to see. I was hopeful when I got there and happy to support a local auto repair business but Mrs. Torres blatantly tried to rip me off for a replacement on just 1 side view mirror. $700 for just a part of the mirror - not even the entire mirror she said... I don't think my dealership would even try to rip me off so badly.
I don't appreciate being lied to.
Overall I was treated by Patsy and Jessie Torres like a member of the family, which is a complement both to their professionalism in this business, as well as to their character.
I would recommend Torres Auto Body to anyone looking for body work for their car or truck. They are knowledgeable, professional and good communicators. Their work and timing is only limited by their vendors supplies and delivery. Good experience after a bad experience (the need for the body work). : )
