They had what we want for. The lady in sporting goods was a joy and sold me a fishing license. The checkout clerk was pleasant and helpful. All in all a great experience.
Parking lot is clean and the store is well lit too.
On a Saturday a few weeks ago we were allowed to get donations for the local shelter Stray Hearts by standing in front of the store and we were told to be 10 feet away from the door which we were but they kept pushing us further away at some point not even allowing us to come inside to cool off because of the high humidity. One employee even told one of our volunteers Who provided the stuff & truck to move his truck which of course he didn't do because he is handicapped he had a license plate and he was parked in a handicap spot so the people bringing out donations from the store had a close proximity to put the essentials. This was extremely rude and we won't be bothering this store anymore.
I was looking for a generic filter for a humidifier that the Ace Hardware did not have in stock, and unfortunately didn't find it here either.
Just like any other walmart with a lot of registers just not enough cashiers working them. Long lines and a lot of upset shoppers.
They don't Know anything about what they are doing. Want me to wait for manager to get back from break. I waited 15 minutes and the manager didn't know either. They wouldn't let me open the box to get the manual to figure it out myself so I am going somewhere else
This is a decent store that usually has what you need when you can't find it at any of the "local" shops here in Taos.
They NEED to train their employees a whole lot better in ALL aspects of retail. Customer service sucks. That to me is Managements fault / Corporate Office.
