Bugs crawling on the floor in the examination rooms, doctor keep me waiting for over two hours, poorly managed. Stay out of this hell hole!
This facility is not good, I have insurance and had a free mammogram performed here. However, they sent my results to an out of network radiologist and did not tell me. This is just wrong and unlawful.
They used to have great docs, but have gone downhill in recent years. You're best just going somewhere in Santa Fe.
Went in for urgent care. After calling 5 other places in town, most of whom refused to give me ANY idea of what it would cost for my visit, I chose Family Practice Associates. I went with them because they did give me a ballpark estimate, and they were also very friendly on the phone. I am grateful for the compassion my urgent care provider showed me during my visit. Thanks to her diagnosis and prescription, I am on my way to getting better. I will definitely go back to Family Practice Associates should I ever need to.
