I went to get my hair done for my wedding... I went thinking that Stephanie was a professional hair stylist, she said she knew how to style hair so I thought to myself "heck yea I'm going to get my hair done and look nice for my wedding" WELL I WAS SOOOOO WRONG!!!! Stephanie did not know how to style hair what so ever, she completely wasted my time and she still charged me the full amount!! I told her that I did not like how my hair looked and she just said "ok" I even asked her if we could start all over because it wasn't come out right and she said "no because then I wont be able to do anything to your hair" I was extremely upset even my headpiece and my veil were on sooo loose I seriously thought my hair was done by a 5yr old I had to go home and shower and do my own hair and I was late to my own wedding ceremony... ive been trying to call the owner to let her know but they never answer the phone... I do NOT recommend this place at all!!! I still want my money back
I have "difficult" hair and so picky about who I have cut my hair...the haircut Nikki gave me was not only exactly what I needed, but probably the best I've had!
Found Stephanie through a group-on ad. She is the first person in Taos that understands my hair and works with me to get it where I want it. She is wonderful & I highly recommend her.
