Rude on the phone! Wanted to charge $18.00 for a pair of sample contact lenses. Sample lenses are free in Texas. Customer service doesn't exist in New Mexico.

I walked in at lunchtime because a lens came out of the frame. I am from out of state and they promptly repaired the glasses for me at no charge. Both ladies in the store were very helpful.
