I am composing a letter to the head of UPS. Then the head of UPS. Both my husband and myself are disabled. I am 70 and he is 78. I order as much online as possible so I don't have to carry much. I ordered meat from Omaha Steaks. It says that on the box, and it even says perishable deliver asap. I spent 62.98 on the meat. It was to be delivered on a Wednesday. It wasn't. I was concerned with these record heats so I went online to the message, "undelivered not a valid address. We have lived here two years and they have delivered here before. Same thing Thursday, and Friday. Saturday at 6:30 pm it was delivered by leaving it at the door. My dogs barked went to the door and there it was. Opened the box and the rottenness smelled al over the house. It had to be thrown away! These people are without a doubt the worst. I sometimes think they do it on purpose. My money and the meat are both gone!
Unbelievably bad service! The only thing they are consistent about is being unreliable. I have lived in many towns and NEVER had a problem with UPS delivery. Sad
Only one driver can consistently find our place no matter how much info I put in the address. Poor.
UPS is the worst to deal with in this town. Either they deliver customer items to other houses, or they'll send your stuff back to the company you ordered from. Terrible service
Zero stars, more like a deep dark black hole. Delivery service has gotten extremely unreliable over the past three weeks. Though we have had hundreds of packages delivered to the store, the new driver claims the address is wrong. We saw him in the parking lot, but he can't find us... yeah, right. I believe UPS is claiming non-existent problems (wrong addresses, bad weather, truck breakdowns) to pump up their statistics and cover up their personnel problems.
