Great shop with very informed staff and a great selection of flies, rods, accessories, etc. Light on the tying supplies, but the rest of the shop makes up for it. Huge selection of topo maps also available.
We were coming from Texas to do our first fly fishing excursion and our guide was coming from their sister shop in Santa Fe.He set us up to get fitted in Taos at this shop since we would be there anyway.
What an amazing example of people who are passionate about what they do and treat people like friends the first time you meet them.
Guides are great! Know the latest on fishing in the area. Flys galore. Clothing too. Licenses as well. Best shop in town for fly fishing!

This was just the best experience for my husband and myself. Christopher and Nick were amazing! Not only did they put together exactly what we needed, they didn't try to get us to spend more than we were comfortable with. They were beyond knowledgeable, incredible friendly, and even put us in contact with some other people after finding out we'd just moved to the area. We will absolutely be back here for any and all of our fly fishing needs. Thanks so much guys!!!

awesome little fly shop. they have a good selection of flies and accessories. the staff is very helpful, helped us pick out flies for the rio pueblo river and showed us a different way to tie a fly. will visit on our next trip for sure.
We even went back the next day just to hang out and talk to her.
