Worst service ever!!!!!! The managers are very rude, when speaking to other employees/managers they speak in there own native language, even when talking about us. I am currently 23 weeks pregnant and I am a veteran, and the manager said he don't care, so clearly this hotel isn't for the people that fight to keep their freedom, oh wait this isnt their country so they dont care!!! This is beyond ridiculous!!!! Only gave it a one star because there isn't an option for no stars.
Staff was very nice. Hotel needs some serious work. Entrance and lobby not very inviting. Hallway carpeting very dirty and needs replacing. People smoking outside near entrances along with same trash outside on walkways for 5 days. Discarded furniture on the property, entrance doors to hotel did not shut or lock at night.
Owners kids played in hallways while housekeeping staff worked, vending machines did not work. Will not return.
Refrigerator made noise all night. Didn't want to unplug it for fear of freezer flooding. Other than that very good for the price. Breakfast was good. Coffee sucked. For the area very price
Room was ok but floors were dirty my feet were black after walking out of the shower. Way too much furniture
We've been to this location many times. Each time we'd expect something improved. The hardwood floors were nice, beds semi comfortable, tv nice BUT!! Bathroom was not clean. Being a former Executive Housekeeper, I make my dust touches, very dusty. I closed the bathroom to use and hanging was a used towel! Corner of floor behind the bathroom door was filthy. Not very happy with stay but too exhausted to make former complaint.
in room, hard to walk around. Toliet was at the entrance of the room, hard to fix that issue.
I came from Colorado all night and asked the gentleman at the window if I could check in at 7 and leave at 1pm. He said he would. My husband meet me with the rv and the same gentleman helped me back out of the parking spot with the rv. He was gracious and accommodating. It was everything this mom with a 6 month old old need. The breakfast area was neat and clean and standard fair for these chains, it had a waffle maker, cereal, bread for toast, and juice... I've seen worse.
