Outstanding! One of my favourite places in Taos to eat. Meat and cheese selections are exceptional. Staff are knowledgeable, polite and attentive.

Great cured meats and cheeses for a very reasonable price. We picked 3 meats and 3 cheeses from a list of about 15 and enjoyed all of them. Nice wines and beers on draft as well. Found a nice saison to pair with the cheese. Interior is air-conditioned unlike a lot of places in Taos; along with the decor this gives a pleasant grotto feel. Enjoyed the service and food greatly. Looking forward to returning!
Excellent people, excellent staff. Amazing food, with a great atmosphere. Highly recommended from someone just passing through.
Sooo much fun. We let the waiter pick our wine, so good choice, the Spanish wine was so smooth.
