Consistently the worst service I've ever had. I've learned my lesson and will not return. We were the only table left in the restaurant tonight with more than half a dozen employees. After waiting for nearly an hour for our server to return, we finally went to the counter to ask for our check. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME. The level of incompetence at this restaurant is astounding.
Food is amazing. Best slice of pizza I have ever had (the shredder). Shelly salad is the bomb. Only complaint (why I gave 4 stars) service really needs to be better, and I would recommend not bringing your toddlers to work with you, and check on your customers more frequently.
If you like bread with cheese then this place is for you. I had to ask for a side of sauce, which I was charged for, to dip what they call pizza into since there was almost none on it. And the sauce had no semblance of pizza sauce. You probably can get better tasting pizza sauce out of a jar. I will never go there again.
They were very accommodating when I showed up last minute to order. They have a veggie pizza that can easily be made vegan, just tell the lady at the desk to substitute the cheese for Daiya cheese and they'll make it.
Totally delicious pizza and cute as hell. Mandatory tip for the group without itemizing the bill and no readily visible notice of the policy (on the back of the menu) made me a little uneasy. Still, a trip worth making.
