They don't keep their hours. I showed up at 11:55, five minutes before closing. Come on. This is a fast food joint. Not only did they turn me away, they wouldn't even talk to me like a proper person in the service industry. They actually told me through the closed window that they were calling the cops. I like Wendy's, but I'll never go back to these jokers.
It was fast service. There was no wait in the drive thru. The man taking orders was polite and didn't make me feel rushed. The food was good

Workers are always so rude. I’m a District manager for a company that I will not mention, and we strive on excellent customer service. If you’re working at wendy’s and you don’t like your job, just quit. Don’t ruin other people’s days.
